Signs Signs Signs

What is the single best way to get a new customer into your store?

Answer: a Sign

All of the major companies understand the importance of well designed and visible signs. You should too.

Why do you suppose the average McDonald’s restaurant signs cost around $150,000? Because it makes them money!! Do you like making money? A sign on the building, and a sign by the road can actually increase the amount of traffic coming into your store.

Have you ever been driving and then after seeing a sign decided to stop? I have, and do stop many times because of the pylon sign or the channel letters on the building telling me about the product or services inside.

There are many types of signs to consider for your business:

Pylon Signs: Pylon signs are lit signs on a pole usually 18ft or higher and help to direct traffic to your store from a distance.

Monument Signs: Monument signs are usually lighted signs that have a more substantial base and are lower to the ground. Monument signs help to identify your business to closer drive by traffic.

Channel letters: Channel letters are lit signs with either neon or LED that are located on your building. These are important to let customers know where you are especially in a strip mall or other type of retail location.

Cabinet signs (box signs): Box signs are used for pylon signs & monuments as well as on the building. Box signs are inexpensive and offer the greatest flexibility for shopping center owners. Box signs allow a new tenant to save money by simply changing the face of the sign cabinet.

Electronic Message Center (LED message center): An Electronic Message center is a high impact sign that gets your business noticed. An EMC will allow you to display a message or promotion on your sign to alert passing traffic of specials.

Signs are an important asset to your business. It is classified as marketing or advertising and a lit sign works for your business 24 hours 7 days a week.
